animal pak

i havent been taking any multi vitamins. so im deciding to take one animal pak on lifting days. what do you guys think. should i use animalpak?

i got some packs for free and used them. nothing outstanding to speak of.
if youve already bought them then take em but if not then dont waste your money

I use AST sports science multi-pro 32x, they come 100 in a bottle and cost around $12-$14. I've personally never used animal pak, but from what I've read on this and other forums,is that most people don't like animal pak.

too many pills for a multi IMO. 11 pills when I could replace them with 2-3 to get most of the ingredients in there...
