Andys mega cycle to get REAL results

PCT I've got everything I'll need (hcg,clomid,nolva,letro,etc) I'll figure out doseages later.

My goal is to transform my body. The last 6 months I've transformed myself from someone stuck in a runners body to someone who is "built" this time I want to get a few more pounds of muscle, insane hardness, and lean out a little bit. I don't want to be 5-7% bf because its not the look I want, so "ripped" is definitely not what I'm aiming for.

I'm 5'11" 195 pounds, when I was totally bloated on cycle I had gotten as high as 217 pounds. Before steroids I was 177 pounds, but looked even skinnier.

All the things I've heard about anadrol suggest that I'm going to put on a good deal of weight really fast. So 1 month of bulking, then 3 months of cutting.

I'll take some pics and have before/progress/after picks. Cycle starts mid week.
 
Ok and it starts! I am starting my cycle. As many of you know, my life has been pretty rough lately and my workouts and diet have suffered a lot. I am ready to be back on the saddle again and get it done. This cycle is FAR more powerful than last time, but I think I'm ready.

I'm putting up a before picture, yea I look pathetic but lets give it 4 months and see how much improvement I can do. It's like a remodel job on a house, the shitier the house, the more dramatic improvement can be made.

For the first month diet is just eat as much as I can. I really want to put on the weight and if I diet really restrictively for 3 months with masteron/tren/eq/test I'll hang onto the muscle and lose all the fat. Especially running clen and ephedrine. So for 1 month I'm not worried about putting on fat, just want to gain weight. I'll give my gym weight tomorrow and we can see progress from there.

Yea I''d say so. I went from benching like 235 to 305, I'm probably still around 290.
 
Ok so my starting weight was incorrect or the drol put some instant water on me. I'm 200 pounds. So this makes it easy to see progress over the next month or so. Today I did 10 reps at 225 for the flat bench.

1 month goals:
13 reps at 225 for the flat bench
Weigh 215

Go me.
 
Today I'm 202.5 so we have learned 2 things:
1) My drol is real
2) Letro won't keep you dry, just dryer than nothing
 
This letro is supposed to be powerful stuff. 2.5mg a day is more than almost anyone on EF takes. Yet still...gaining water like crazy. This anadrol is some serious stuff.

204.5 pounds

Lately my life has really been tough and I felt like quitting my workouts after like 10-12 sets, but today I felt that energy for the first time in awhile and it feels really nice.

Gyno is an issue for me, I seem very prone to it. So some might ask "Andy, why are you taking anadrol and tren?" well thats a good question. But both times that I've started to get gyno, I've gotten it to go down almost completely with the mega treatment of letro + nolva + aifm. I started a thread today on here about what not to use nolva with but I'm a believer in the kitchen sink technique I think.

I got a PM asking me to talk about my diet. Well I think I stated this before but my diet is everything, with at least 80% of it being quality stuff. I won't waste calories on cake or cookies or anything (usually) because that is just space some useful calories could be using. I have 3 months of hardcore dieting ahead of me, so I'll worry about it then.

So yea...this drol seems to be working. The weight wont be pretty but I should be able to reach that 15 pound goal in the first month seeing as I got 4.5 pounds in the first two days.
 
Ok perhaps I need to revise my goals a bit. Today I weighed 205.5 and benched 12 reps at 225.

So new 1 month goals:
Weigh 215
Bench 325

I'm pretty confident 315 is right around the corner. My previous max bench is 305, today I did 3 reps at 275 after the 12x225 so I can't be too far below my max.
 
Today I weighed 206.5 and felt pretty much as strong as I ever have. I'm sweating like crazy in the gym, must be the gear.

It was back/shoulders day which means it was deadlifting day. I was doing my sets at 265, which felt pretty good.

On Wednesday I will be able to post my 1 week weight gain and it is looking like it will be around 7 pounds, which is pretty much what I was hoping for. 1lb/day is what they say drol can do for you so I'll do my best to keep it up.

Well I must update that I am sick with the worst cold/flu that I've had in years. So I'm trying my best to shake it and not miss more than 1 or 2 workouts. I am probably going to lose all my weight gain from the first week because thats what happens when you're sick. I'll update when I'm well again and back at it.
 
Just thought I would update, I know it's been a little while. I've been terribly sick, I mean REALLY sick. It started as a cold but then I came down with a bad fever (103!) and it really wiped me out. Somehow I only missed 2 workouts in that time although I worked out a couple of days I probably shouldn't have. I am coming out the other side of it right now.

I'm back to 200 pounds and yesterday I benched 300 pounds, so I'm at a great starting point. The sickness has really killed my appetite so I have readjusted my cycle. I have 14 weeks left and this is what it will look like. The reason for changing is I'm nowhere near ready to begin eating the 5000 calories a day my body requires for me to put on mass. So instead I will diet for 6 weeks and then build lean mass after that.

1-14 800mg EQ
1-6 525mg Tritren
1-14 500mg Test
2 weeks clen, 2 weeks ephedrine

Not really sure where I'll do the masteron now, I'm still going to for sure...I guess not everything has to be planned out, I'll just wait and see whats up. I am going to post an update picture at 1 month even if really its only 2 weeks worth of progress. So 2 weeks from today...new picture!

Pretty happy about putting up 300 pounds after a week of brutal illness though, good things are ahead.

Do you think your flu like symptoms are from the EQ and Tren?

Honestly I don't think it compares...I just ordered LSP Prop and I'm going to be running that...

1) I hate amps
2) I think the LSP was better gear...granted it was a first cycle but I felt the test, now I don't...I feel everything else.

Anyway..there has not been an update becuase of my lingering sickness...somehow I lost my plat membership so I gotta get that back. I will update when I get back on track. I'm still working out and stuff but not feeling 100% totally... Got laid for the 1st time in a month though...so I'm getting back on track.
 
Nice read.I"m easier to get sick when I start gaining weight quick think it"s caused by the immune system getting suppressed because of the changes in the body.
