nope!!! I don't buy it!!!!! I'm going on 52 in Dec and people say i look to be in my early forties...now i have some schoolmate i havn't seen in a while & even some customers who look like thay have ages 20 yrs...its all how you take care of yourself & genetics.
No grey hair as of yet!!!!!

I feel the reverse, testosterone tends to keep an older male from aging as fast, there is no doubt about it. I'm 47 no grey hair, few if any wrinkels and very good bloodwork. I see people 10 to 15 years younger than me looking like old men.

Damn. You've got to tell us more. Ok, even assuming that the AS are the reason you look older, WHY would you wish you'd never done them? Doesn't the increases in mass/strength/hardness/etc more than make up for grey hair and a few wrinkles?

Personally, I think the wrinkle problem is due to reduced bodyfat but who knows? Grey hair? I got my first one at 13 (I'm 42 also) and I dye it now. No big deal.

Please, tell us how much AS for how many cycles, what gains, diet, etc. I'm getting ready to start my first cycle in 18 years...

Of course, substance abuse of an kind is unhealthy and being in an unhealthy state will accelerate the aging process. But men over 45 on HRT are more healthy and youthful than those with low T levels. (all things being equal). Maybe Fonz was referring to using 6 month cycles of cow steroids. Yeah, I bet that'll age you quick.

GH improves everything IMO...Iam with Nelson on this one!!! if you keep your hormone levels at the levels the are when you are late teens or early 20s, I dont see how you can excellerate the aging process...Iam 43....never looked better, attract 25 yr olds, get mistaken for being 33-35 all the time....people in my gym are blown away when I tell them how old I am....especially the kids....and the women seem to like it very much ....I'll stay with it, myself...but you know Generic said something very profound- I too wish I had never started this years ago.....

thats what i was thinking, i always have used SANE doses and run them not too long and always will stay away from the nasty steroids as well.
