wtf, he's been retired, he hasn't showed up in a grand slam tourny in a couple of years and now he wants to step up and announce it?

I saw him play at the ATP tournament in cincinnatti a while back when he had that stupid mullet and boxer shorts uner the stone-washed jeens shorts look. I think I was like 13 at the time, I ran into him after a match for an autograpg and the prick just blew me off.
