andractim uses and timing

I have 160mg of andractim,

1. Im in the last 3 weeks of boldenone 400mg/wk cycle

can I use the andractim during the cycle for gyno?
should I wait unitl PCT?
should I wait until after PCT?
does it have any uses other then gyno?
