And the diet begins...

Im in! Have to quit fucking around and get on the straight and narrow. Training has been kick ass lately but the diet is subpar.

I started yesterday.

Lots of heavy lifting, AM cardio, and strict pre-planned dieting. What's the point of going half-ass when that will only equate to half-ass results?

I can wait another month to start, unlike the rest of you lardasses.

my friend from the gym just invited me to south beach with him and his boys the second week of febuary so my diet/training is fuckin turbo-charged!...thats the only way i can get real motivated..plan a vacation!

Yeah, since New Years eve at 11 pm so a week basically. Nothing processed and some carbs will slip in but nothing like breads, pasta, milk, soda, fruits etc...
Just basically meat and seafood
I shred pretty fast on this diet to make up for the holiday eating

im bulking right now,more like a lean bulk but Ill worry about abs later,right now im shooting for 215,206 right now,was 200 when I started bulking a little over a week ago

i get about 4 cheat meals a week,the rest is pretty clean,but im pulling around 3500-4000cals a day.

i use to bulk by eating whatever i wanted and now im fatter then im happy with but still to small to cut,so I cant fucking win
