:artist: I'm currently 16 (17 on the 28th) and am about to get a cycle of clen soon. I am about 5'9 and weigh 186. I'm not extremely overweight, just in my stomache and pecs, manboobs if you will. Clen is what ya'll would suggest, correct? My bro's friend suggested it and hes been doing stuff like this for a while. What exactly are all the side effects? I have only been on the boards for a day or so and have already read tons of usefull info, I'm beginning to like this place :)

Diet Clean, Cardio in the a.m. empty stomach 3 X weekly, no carbs in the evening, lift hard, no steroids....way too young
 
I've been doing this for almost a year now. I have been running 1 mile every weekday, and do 20 minute(20 cause I run too) cardio on an eliptical machine twice a week


edit: I mean, you obviously know tons more than me, so I'll take your suggestion.

This may sound harsh to you...but there is no amount of training you could have POSSIBLY done at 16 yrs old to prepare you for using steroids....because its not just the amount of training under your belt that prepares you to take the plunge.....its the total, ultimate, final, mature biological, hormonal, endocrinogical, and orthopedic development of the body and all other biological systems that make it up....at 16 yrs old..these systems ARE NOT READY TO BE GIVEN STEROIDS...you WILL regret it someday....this could be explained in much greater detail to you but I just don't have the time right now...maybe later....if you're just a little overweight...for god's sake...educate yourself on proper nutrition, regular consistent cardio,weight training and a stubborn desire to reach your goals is all you need right now for spectacular results.....take my advice..and good luck

I gotta agree w/Detroit on this. You're WAY too young to be juicing!! You say you've been at it for only a year?? If that's the case,you have so much un-tapped potential in the natural realm. When I started lifting I was a Freshman in high school. I was 125# and my one rep max on bench was 135#. I didn't know ANYTHING about clean eating, supplementation, vitamins, or a whole hell of alot about training. I took a lifting program from a football coach and did the same routine for 4 years. At the end of my Senior year, I was 195# lean and benching 245# for reps.
Just train hard and take the training & diet/eating advice the guys here have to offer and then once you've reached your natural max potential, then consider the alternative methods of ENHANCEMENT.

Bro, why not get a trainer OR educate yourself on the diet board. These guys are soooooo correct. Clean diet + cardio on empty stomach + weight training = SUCCESS!
Just learn what your macronutrient ratios are for eatting and divide that into 5-7 meals daily. ITS EASY!

Well if you came for advice, then you should listen to your elders :) At age 16-17, your body hasn't finished growing physically and chemically. Hell, you don't even know what your max potential is. I've been working out since I was 19 and I am 32 now. I just started using aas because after years of hard dedicated work, I couldn't break the genetic boundary unless I used pro-hormones or aas products. At your age, you will only regret it down the road. Believe us all, wait until your 23-25, and if you are still hankerin for a hunk of juice, then try it. Just my advice. peace.

Check out the Diet forum & learn how to eat, Diet is 90% of how you look, get that down pat with training and you will look like you are on steroids at your age.
And don't forget to add protein shakes to your regimine.

From what i know of ephra its just a stimulant like speed which will make you have more energy in the gym. Its not anabolic but you may get bigger coz your working harder. I used to use it before i trained, but i didnt like it, it made me spin out and feel a bit sicky.
Like the other bros said (and believe me little bro, they are giving you good advice!) at your age any sort of good diet and training will make you look above average, you have to remember most 16year olds are more interested in smoking cigarettes and drinking cheap cider than any sort of training!

Clean up your diet, high protein, good wholefood carbs and train hard, and by next summer youll look totally different and feel a lot better than if youd started gear so young. Then when your 21 with an awesome natural build, if you still want to juice, then you will be in the perfect position to put on some sereious freak size!
