Ancillaries working too well?

Ok, so I'm cruising through week 8 of my 10-weeker of deca and test enth...
I weighed myself the beginning of last week and I was at about 178 and totally psyched (+ 13 pounds)... then I weighed myself at the end of the week and I was down about 7 pounds! Haven't changed anything in my workout routine, been eating more than ever... I've been taking AF's Glucorell and Sesamax religiously for over a month now.... also taking 0.7mg/day of liquidex to control the bloat.... so how could I have lost 7 pounds in less than a week? Is it the supps? Is it water-weight? I don't look very different though musculature is increasing.... not getting a whole lot more shredded, so I'm thinking it's not water-weight lost....

I do not see how it could be anything but water weight bro…. 7 lbs in just a few days=Water

I suppose it could be.... I was thinking not because it didn't seem like I went from puffy to "less puffy".... damn, and I had grown very fond of those extra 7 pounds :(

It's a combination of the Glucorell/Sesamax and nolva. The G/S are clearing your carbs and dumping fat. Most people find that once Sesamax kicks in they drop fat at an incredible rate. Chefwide says he's in love and getting a Sesamax tattoo after two weeks. When you use something like Glucorell R to enhance glucose uptake your body requires less water to process the carbs. It takes 4gr of water to process 1gr of carbs. The nolva is keeping your E down and that is huge in reducing water. Enjoy building mass without the water and fat. It's the new way to bulk. :)

I hear ya!!! I started training 5 years ago at 143lbs.. Today I am 205-210. In the past I would freak out if I lost a couple of pounds. Now I know it comes and goes. Next year I want 225!!

stay off the scale bro. it can cause too much unwanted stress. just once a week on the scale is plenty. sounds like you know what you're doing just go with it. try and use the mirror instead.

Do not let the weight lost get to you. As long as you are not losing any strength and looking muscular fuck it. I do not even get on the damn scale any more. And you will lose weight when yet get off your cycle so it is just part of the game. Just keep on training and eating the best that you can and be satisfied that you are heavy now than when first started.

not using nolvadex, using liquidex... but everything you're saying makes sense.... I guess I should be giving you guys kudos for this! :) forgot to mention before that I'm also using YES on problem areas!

bigtravis / blackdog - you guys are absolutely right... I knew at least someone would tell me not to hit the scale too often! it's evil! what counts is that the workouts are rockin' and the body is coming along nicely! thanks guys!

Other thing is , are you weighing after you first wake up? Or just random times of the day? Because if you weigh one day in the middle-later hours of the day after you have been shoveling in the food, you are going to be heavier than the day before if you weighed in right after waking up. Best way to check weight is to weigh in with no clothes/underwear only right after waking up. If you have to use the bathroom , do so before weighing in, as this is just waste, and not a representation of your true body weight.

I've found that to be the most accurate way to keep track of body weight. I've weighed in right after waking, then weighed in at the gym before training, during bulking I'm usually up around 6 pounds at that point. On days that I go extreme with the food I'll be up 8-9 pounds. So yea, weigh in at the morning, or all the water and food you intake will add weight on the scale giving an innacurate representation of muscle gained.
