Using it before work outs is best because it has fast and slow absorbing cretine. Gets in fast and last through out the work out. IMO everyone should use ancient strength pre work out on work out days and then use cheap Creatine MH for the rest of the day and off days.

for all other times of the day and off days^^^ cheap and gets you plenty of creatine
If you get 2 ancient strengths and one creatine MH it will last you like 4 months using it this way. I feel well off cycle you should take in around 5g of creatine a day and on cycle take 10-15g of creatine every day.

Any difference when using AMP instead of N2KTS? I'm running awful low on the yet to be restocked magic tub. AMP has Creatine Ethyl Esther in it too right?
I personally use three caps pre-workout and afterwards I use a postworkout shake that has 5g of Creatine Monohydrate. On non-workout days I just drink the shake, usually midday.
