Ancient Strenght Loading phase?

I remember seeing a recent post regarding the loading phase for Ancient Strenght Creatine but I cant seem to find it again.

What is the loading phase for Ancient? Is there one?

No loading phase at all for Ancient Strength. No loading phase for most of today's creatine products for that matter. I will say from personal experience that it took until the second day of lifting on Ancient Strength to notice any difference. I was only using 3 caps pre-workout though.
