exactly 2 minutes ago i received my yohimburn DF, NYC and ALA
looking to drop another 15-20. i hit a plateau so i switched things up haven't used yohimburn in amonth and never used the DF. this will be my 2nd week of ALA.
Will start Yohimburn at around 50mgs/day, 4NYC, and 600r-ALA
Diet
meal 1 Prot shake
meal 2 string cheese and carrots
meal 3 sandwich and cottage cheese
meal 4 string cheese and carrots
meal 5 meat (ham/chix/pork) and veggies
meal 6 prot shake
I am not realy watching the exact calories because this is what works for me. I have done this many tims before. i lose weight but not that much muscle. Cardio will be anywhere from 5-8 (30 minute) sessions per week. I started at around 270 and dropped the first 25 pretty easy but got to a sticky point for about 2 weeks. This will be my first time with the ALA. I hope it works as well as everyone says.
Right now I can't give you any BF% numbers because it's not set up yet at my gym. What I can tell you are weekly measuremenets around my bellybutton and scale weight on Wednesdays. Right now I'm about 31" around my stomach and around 172 lbs, probably 11% BF.
