wassup bros, so far ive been on Ox at 40mg/day for 3 weeks and winstrol at 50mg/day for 1 week. I've gained 10lbs from Ox, and have incredible strength at the gym. I feel pretty good, i was doing the high lat row and throwing 3 plates back on each side like it meant nothing to me...never really had such stength at the gym...then again this is my second baby cycle.
Haven't noticed much fat loss, then again i haven't done much cardio. Im reducing some calories and keeping a maintanance diet (mustang suggested) and adding more cardio 3 times a week. I don't know if its the winny, but i ran today and my shins (can't spell) and calves were in horrific pain. Lets see when i start doing tricep pull downs how my elbows react..other than that everything looking good so far....
p.s. Tabs are both **'s, and no nose bleeds or 3rd arm growing out of my back...
