I hit the cardio real hard with football at my college but end up eating everything in sight because I get so hungry (not junk but a lot of decent foods). Any advice l??? A calorie deficit feels like death no energy for class or workouts or practice.
you have to learn to control yourself bro... you need to eat high protein and fiber foods that help to keep you full longer and more satisfied... control and mind are everything... try eating smaller meals every few hours to keep your metabolism going and to keep you energized as well... your going to have to tweak what your doing because its not working for you... diet is all about trial and error because we all respond differently to things...
