I started at about 190 13% BF
Trying to cut the BF a bit taking 50mg of ** Anavar a day. Cut my cals from 3000 to about 2200-2500 p/d. Carb are under 100 fats just over 100 and proetein up around 300. ( All grams ) Num,bers not exact but in the general area.
My workouts have not changes much, just added alot of cardio. 3-4 days a week I started playing hockey which wipes me out with the low carbs.
Results after week two :
No strength increase - Mabey do to the drop in carbs
Notice a tiny bit of BF decrease in my legs , tear drop is starting to show itsself
Abs----Still not there
A bit more definition in my back
My conclusion" the tabs are doing dick and the nimor results are from diet change..........See what happens in week 3
