anavar/proviron/tren.. Cycle . Advise needed

Wanted to start a Cycle of anavar proviron and tren
anavar 40mg
tren 40mg
and proviron 25

as a 8 week cycle
is it ok dose to start or i should increase o decrease some ...
also whats the best time to take them ...
Age 26
Weight 86.kg
Height 5.7"
Bodyfat 15%

I did a cycle on test along cyp ..that was in last december ..
after that due to work routines nd travel cant do anything just training
for now am training properly from 6 months good diet
goal , lean mass and ripped a bit
