I used it at even less dosage and had great results but now I have no way to obtain anavar and would appreciate any advice that anyone can give. I would love to get back on a regimen.

I've used Anavar by itself at 20mg ED for 8 weeks and thought it was excellent. I gained about 5 pounds, looks slightly leaner and got a fair bit stronger. It was subtle but great. Also helped with recovery.

I am fairly lean though and was only looking for athletic/sports performance, not mega mass. I would have preferred more strength and not get the 5lbs of mass.

I don't think you would be happy with this kind of "cycle" (was more of a tonic/tone up) if you were not quite lean to begin with or if you were mostly looking for mass, because you won't get huge.. it's subtle. I think if someone was fat or lazy, or a really big person (I'm only 5'8 175lb) they would probably only notice the strength at this dose, nothing else.

Doctors give this stuff to aids patients and burn victims at 10mg/day for 4 weeks and then stop, they are obviously getting some kind of result from it, but I don't these people are leaving the hospital looking like fitness models.
