-need to know from personal experience if there is somebody that has ussed anavar or halo for impoving there explosive strenght ?
-i know the key are drills for developing speed and explosivenes , guess what? i am doing plenty of that ! olimpic lift , plyos, power plyos , speed drills and etc .. my joints are steel
- so i need advice and opinon , no negative shitt or (don t do it ),
reason why to do it or reason not to do it !!
- let see the chemical wizards come out and share !!
- if any 100m sprinter pls share opinon !!
