Anavar Only (Week 4)

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to give another update on my low dose cycle.
Week1&2=7.5mgs(2.5/3x's a day)
Week 3=10mg(2.5/4x's a day)
Week 4=15mg(5/3x's a day)
Before After
Scale 153lbs 159lbs(+6lbs)
BF% 16.7% 13.8%(-3%)
LeanBW 127lbs 137lbs(+10lbs)
FatW 26lbs 22lbs(-4lbs)

All the Numbers are rounded, will post a spreadsheet with exact info upon conclusion of cycle.

I am not doing any cardio, but I am hitting the weights pretty hard. I am feeling great and my shape is really coming in. Just starting to see my abs.

I think you are right about the bodyfat actually being lower. My friend who takes the measurements is known for measuring a little high. I don't mind, it is all just estimations anyway. The main thing is that the same person measures with the same equipment each time. This helps to ensure that at least the between measures reliability is better.
 
still you have great results of it, i like that

it's good to hear great results can be achieved with a low dose.

just curious...

The "T" that's on the back of the Ttokkyo Anavar...does it kind of look like a J?? Does the T curve a little at the bottom?
 
I will try to answer some of your questions:
1)I have not seen any negative sides
2)I am eating pretty clean, but not a lot of calories
6 meals, pretty balanced protein to carb ratio
3)I am not losing scale weight, but I am losing fat.
I think this is just a function of a speeding metabolism
due to the increase in lean mass and the six meals a
day. Theoretically gaining 10lbs of lean mass can
send metabolism soaring by as much as 500calories a
day. That would be roughly a pound of fat a week.
4)The "T" is on the five mgs. I have only been using the
2.5mgs. I will be cracking my fives in about a week
so e-mail me and I will let you know.
5)I agree-Anavar does rule.

It's not thermogenic, it's lipolitic ... There are studies that said that reduce the fat and the cholesterol.

Those are great results.

I just want to say that it's a breath of fresh air to see someone using moderate amounts (tiny by this board's standards) and getting great results.

Everyone on this board seems to jump straight to a 3-4 drug stack with total dosages in the 1 gram per week range. There is simply no need for occasional users and especially novices to be taking this much.

I would estimate that 1st time users on this board use 300% more than what I used to see in the gyms 10 years ago and are lucky to obtain 20-25% better results. The law of diminishing returns is in full effect at this point.
