Take a creatine, expect some bloat in the face, expect some strength gain but don't expect a miracle.. this shit is good when use w/ other aas like test prop, tren, etc.. Winny is better in my honest opinion but everyones different.. Expect to feel it kick in within the first few days but like I said, don't expect a miracle.. one thing you'll experience one it kicks in is a major pump in the gym

Hi, I'm about to go on an anavar only cycle.
Either I will do 40mg a day from weeks 1-7, followed by Nolvadex for PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - or I will do 50mg a day from weeks 1-6, followed by Nolvadex.

Which is better?

I'm 5ft9, 190 pounds, what results can I expect?

for the full benefit of anavr to be apparent i would suggest at least 10wk at 40-50mg daily
