Anavar Only Cycle

Hi, I'm about to go on an anavar only cycle.
Either I will do 40mg a day from weeks 1-7, followed by Nolvadex for PCT - post cycle therapy - or I will do 50mg a day from weeks 1-6, followed by Nolvadex.

Which is better?

I'm 5ft9, 190 pounds, what results can I expect?

anavar is for girls.

Just kiddin...but 5'9, 190...you're either short and have a huge BF% or you are the most muscular dude in your town! So, like, stats, what are you trying to acheive? Weight loss? hard muscle gains? ....I'm intersted to see what the "pro's" on this forum tell you.

It is not a bad first cycle. I did a 40mg var cycle and gained 6 or 7lbs while dropping a little fat. (kept almost all of it) Also, gained more strength.

Your question is not a new one.(But still a good question)
Its always good to search the past threads, in your case on anavar there are several GREAT threads in the past 90 days. Check em out bro!

Take a creatine, expect some bloat in the face, expect some strength gain but don't expect a miracle.. this shit is good when use w/ other aas like test prop, tren, etc.. Winny is better in my honest opinion but everyones different.. Expect to feel it kick in within the first few days but like I said, don't expect a miracle.. one thing you'll experience one it kicks in is a major pump in the gym

for the full benefit of anavr to be apparent i would suggest at least 10wk at 40-50mg daily

yeah get your hands on some enanthate. just run 250mg week if you if you want no bloat. and i say 60mg ed for 6 weeks, just my opinion. dont see many anavar first cycles, im interested in seeing what you get. id bet the house youll get atleast 10 lean lbs and an assload of strength, if you add the test forget about it...
