anavar only cycle - week 4

New member
Almost 1/2 way through current cycle.
* 30 mg/day papervar
* plan to do 9 weeks (66 days - 200 squares)

current results:

wt: 164 (+ 9 lbs - pretty much all LBM!)
(My goal was to gain ~10 pounds - all LBM)

strength: up significantly in all lifts and still improving
EX. precycle - benchpress, pyramid up to 160 for 8 reps
now at 200 for 13 reps

A lot of people have commented on how "thick" and "solid" I look especially my arms.
Most notable is the incredible pumps I get during a workout. Vascularity really stands out.
Recovery from intense workouts is nothing short of amazing, I almost have to force myself to take a rest day.

Sides:
Appetite: notice some slight appetite suppression, not too severe
Mood: normal
Libido: still normal
* noticed some pimples (white) on shoulders in week 2 - have not gotten any worse
* just added 500 mg / day milk thistle as a precaution

I'm hoping to be a very hard 170 by mid December for winter vacation.

Anavar is the shitz, to bad that it is so costly. You sound like your having real good results, keep em up bro.:)

congradulations./ Keep workin hard. Quick question.... how come your doing anavar only.. why not add some eq ? just out of curiousity

This is my first cycle.

I chose anavar only to minimize the side effects as my first venture into anabolics.

Others mentioned a lot of success stacking the anavar with EQ - but I though it would be too much for my first time.

Maybe sometime down the road if I am looking for additional gains, but I am happy with the results achieved so far.

papervar = the original RC. great product + great service

I definitely agree, but are there actual complaints about the other guy (other than his multiple dumb ass ways of getting his name out there)? Same usp24 grade ox on his paper? Any lab tests done that didnt measure up? Any complaints of no effectiveness?? Just wondering, I can always use a few saved dollars, since I spend buttloads on anavar

i would like to know too

Why are you using AAS if you bench 160 lbs? WTF??

maybe he doesn't have the structure for it. I don't bench at all but it looks like I can do a lot but I probably couldn't even get 200 pounds up for 1 or 2 nowadays.

i don't bench at all. besides, he said he used to pyramid up to 160 for 8 reps. and what the hell does that have to do with it, anyway?

good work, scorpion.

IMO, its not all about how much you can lift or maybe he's a short or little guy but as long as your muscles respond to the weight and you're continuously growing then its fine.

peace

Hey Scorpion are you planning to use anything post cycle....have you noticed any significant side effects with anavar??

Peace

It is actually easier to do bench presses for shorter guys. They just have less of a distance to push.

that has nothing to do with usage of juice...quality not quantity...

scorpion -

what does your diet look like? i know anavar tends to suppress appetite, so are you having trouble getting food down? about how many calories above maintenance are you eating?

also, are you going to use anything post-cycle?

thanks bro, glad you put up this thread since i'm debating whether or not to run a var cycle.

For 160 x 8 bench
I was only weighing 150 myself at the time (triathlon training).
This was not my "max" but just a reference point.
Too much benchpress in the summer affects my distance swimming - tire more easily with more muscle mass.

So technically it was 107% of my body weight for strict reps.
That would be equivalent of someone 200 lbs benching 215 for reps.

I'm now at 121% of my current body weight for higher reps.
200 lb person - 240 for high reps.

I do not think that is all that bad.
Besides it's ultimately how well each of your muscle groups look not how much iron you push.

I am an athlete not a powerlifter or strongman.

Post Cycle:

I plan to use proviron for 3-4 weeks if source can deliver in time.
25 mg / day, 50 if necessary.

The rest will be a combo of herbs following the Nelson Montana recommendations
Avena Sativa
Tribulus
Maca
Calcium D-Glucarate
Chrysin
Zinc
Creatine
Milk Thistle

Diet:
I am really trying to watch my calories to stay lean and hard.

My protein intake is around 200 - 250 grams / day with the help of whey protein powder (+50 - 100 grams above normal)
Carbs are probably around 200, majority post workout (normal)
Fats are kept to a minimum (olive oil, natural peanut butter, cod liver oil) (< normal)
As much water as I can handle

The appetite suppression is not too severe, I am not forcing myself to eat at this point.
I try eating small meals every 2 hours, 8-10/day to keep a constant protein supply in my system.
~20 g protein per meal, same for carbs
larger intake post workout
