Anavar on empty stomach?

A buddy told me you can't take anavar on an empty stomach. I would like to take it in the morning before I run, but I don't know how it will effect me.

Can you take anavar anytime?

Sure you can take it on an empty stomach. Some people like to take orals with food as it gives them stomach pain otherwise. I would split the dose up through out the day into 2-3 = doses as the half life is around 8-9 hours unless you are bridging then you should take it all in the morn when you wake up.

Just do it, but if you got a sensitive stomac, then maybe you should take something with it, but i don't think so.

Thanks, I am taking 35 mg, which I do split up throughout the day. i was just wondering if I could take it when I first wake up instead of later in the day. Thanks again.

i forgot, when taking them and running after that, maybe if you take a protein bar (or anything else) with you, just in case.

i like Anavar first thing in the morning. I think the absorbtion rate for orals is far better on an empty stomach. I may be wrong and there may be a difference of opinion but i have read it in a lot of reports now and seem to get best results.
It does however depend on your tolerance as some people do suffer sides taking on an empty stomach.

I also know (from research and advise on here) that the manufacturers also reccommend on an empty stomach for better absorbtion. But like i say a lot will depend on your tolerance to the sides

I take anavar on an empty stomach every morning without problems. I do cardio and don't eat real food till 12 noon. I haven't had a problem yet but i LOVE the results from the stuff. Real hard and nice defnintion.

Anavar will have no complications on an empty stomache it is actually an appetite suppresant so if you take it before you eat you will loose youre appetite.
