A. I was semi-busting balls about getting the "cycle hashed out" before disgussing training routine's. Like I said, I know him very well!!!
B. For you to assume that I don't know what I'm doing cause you think you know everything, is just purely ignorant!!!
C. PolishHammer has big legs for a person whose played basketball, to be honest, he looks like a football player.
D. Like I previously stated, his questions pertain to a Deca/Anavar cycle. Not about training legs!!! He knows how to train!!!
E. Now, go back to the tool shed that you crawled out of, because that's where you belong, with the rest of the tools..TOOL!!!

I appreciate the goodwill of a friend. I do not appreciate the ridiculous threats put forth on this thread. Please keep it professional and do the best you can to be civil. I am trying to learn about pharmacueticals and their affects on the human body. All other comments are completely irrelovant and I would wish them to go elsewhere. Don't sweat the criticism of your leg training. When I was wrestling I found it impossible to train legs too hard due to the lengthy recovery time. So I know where you're coming from.

Good to know there are some former athletes out there who understand this situation. Is your career over (wrestling). When you did complete it (if you did) how many days per week did you train legs? I am in that predicamint now. Any help is appreciated.

simmer down now... I think that he will make some gains as his body will build in the dosage of the half life of the deca... I honestly would recommend the deca say at like 300mgs though and you can decrease it a few weeks after, but you need to get that anabolic boost into your blood stream. do your research...

"When you did complete" - Years ago. I actually stopped training legs for awhile, and I'm not one afraid of the Squat rack. It just made my legs too sore. You can't move fast when you can barely walk. I had to decide what my priorities were, and at the time it was wrestling.

I squat hard every week now.
 
Question for the big guys

I maxed out yesterday on chest for the first time in 4 months. I did 350 for 1.5 on a slow 4 second cadence. Shit hurts today (good soreness). My next workout will be back. I could go today but I might take today off. I always had this one question. If you max out your chest, how can you max out your back? I normally double my work sets for back in order to compensate for the max out on chest. Any idea guys?
