Trying to fine tune my diet for this cycle-would really like to hear what yours is like so far...
I'm planning on keeping protein at about 2-2.5 x bw, cycle my carbs betwen training days/off days, and moderate healthy fats. Thinking about going a little over maintanace cals and hopefully be able to gain about 10lb lbm and, if Im lucky, lose a little BF along the way. Any thoughts?
I agree with you, I think 350g might be a little excessive, I know protein synthesis increases, but that much??
Are you taking creatine /what dossage? I know there's a synergy between anavar and creatine....
