Anavar Cycle - Week 2

Trying to fine tune my diet for this cycle-would really like to hear what yours is like so far...

I'm planning on keeping protein at about 2-2.5 x bw, cycle my carbs betwen training days/off days, and moderate healthy fats. Thinking about going a little over maintanace cals and hopefully be able to gain about 10lb lbm and, if Im lucky, lose a little BF along the way. Any thoughts?

I agree with you, I think 350g might be a little excessive, I know protein synthesis increases, but that much??

Are you taking creatine /what dossage? I know there's a synergy between anavar and creatine....

Diet Info:

Precycle -
approximately 150 g protein / 150 g carbs daily
split over 6-7 "snack meals"
every 7th day - bump carbs up to 300 g
fats - I keep adding to maintain my bodyweight around 150-155 (mostly eat natural peanut butter, olive oil and cod liver oil-capsules)
drink a lot of water throughout the day

Present-
same snack meals throughout the day
* add 1/2 scoop of whey to all my water drinks during day
* add a protein bar in as well post workout
* add about 50 more grams of carbs post workout
hint: I use rice krispies w/ tablespoon of honey as a cheap high glycemic carb
* add 15 grams creatine post workout
* total additional protein was 100 - 150 grams

I have lowered my additional protein this week closer to the 100 gram level - mostly post workout so I do not blow up too fast.

I plan on dialing in a lot more as the cycle end approaches so my bodyfat drops to near contest levels (~5%). The proviron should bring out some addtional hardness at this time as well.
