My Stats:
A: 32, H: 5' 7"
Start W: 155 - Current W: 162 (+7 lbs) - taken first thing in AM
BF % (relatively low: still < 10%)
Lifting history: on/off for about 20 years now, Natural
Solid physique, defined
Competitive in almost all sports
Goal:
1. looking to pack on about 10 pounds of solid muscle and maintain a hard, defined "athletic" look.
2. Avoid any serious side effects.
Cycle:
Weeks 1 - 9: 30 mg /day Anavar (papervar) - split 3 times daily
Weeks 8 - 11: (25 - 50 mg /day Proviron) - for additional hardness
Weeks 1 - 16: 20 G/ day (Creatine)
Increased protein intake to ~250 g /day, moderate carbs
* I'm going to reduce slightly this week to bring my definition up
Week 2 results:
* Up an additional 2 pounds from week 1
* Muscles continue to feel full + hard - very noticeable thickness increase in chest, shoulders and arms
* Very good pumps during workout, vascularity still improving
* Strength + endurance increase in all lifts
* Appetite - starting to notice a very slight suppression
* Libido - still normal
* General Mood - normal, no changes
* starting to notice a few small zits on shoulders - starting to use some pore cleaning products and hitting the tanning salon
Papervar - very impressive stuff! two thumbs up for RC!
I can't wait to see the final results in approx. 2 months - should be near contest quality when the proviron starts in week 8.
