Anavar Cycle - Optimum Length?

Hey everyone, a newbie here.

I'm set on an Anavar only first cycle. 40mgs ed.

In your opinions what's the better length, 8 weeks or 10 weeks. The cost isn't really the issue, but is the relative effectiveness worth the extra $

also, I've heard conflicting opinions on the value of clomid post this cycle. Most have said no, while a few have suggest to use it just to be cautious.

any opinions on that as well?

Go with 8 weeks. Shouldn't run 17-aa's longer than that IMO. I have heard that anavar is not hard on the liver when taken alone, but I don't know about that.

I would take the clomid, why not? It will suppress hpta at that dose IMO. Clomid will get you going after. start clomid 3 days after last dose of anavar.

You could take it for well over 10 weeks if you wanted to with no problems. If you do the research, there are plenty of studies that show that it is very unlikely to harm your liver.

Still, I would take milk thistle, but I'm a "belt and suspenders" kind of guy.

As far as clomid, at that dose of Anavar you are unlikely to experience suppression. The studies back this up as well. If you have lots of clomid on hand, I see no harm in taking it, but I wouldn't worry about it.

as a mod has told me, in higher doses like that, you will need clomid because it will supress natural test. and as bulldog has said, why not take it? better to be safe than sorry.

Ox is still a 17-aa oral.

Most people would probably play it safe and only run it for 6-8 weeks and have clomid on hand for afterwards.

But it's your liver and your testicals so do whatever you want.

Most people don't go beyond 8 weeks as the gains tend to taper drastically unless the dosage is increased.

I wouldn't bother with clomid - you could always taper the anavar down the old fashion way but no one has reported drastic performance crashes or loss of gains. I feel the same about Milk T. - if you want to go ahead.

with anavar 10 weeks is just fine - id take milk thistle anyway but its just not that harsh taken alone in those amounts. Ive seen peopel take anavar with good effects much longer. - clomid is not a neccessity but if u got it use it. Its just my opinion but i dont think that 40mg ed will suppress ur natural function if you weigh over 200lbs.

if you dont get as big as you want from the first cycle will the 2nd cycle require a higher dose or can i get away with the same dose? and how much time in between cycles?

I think tapering 17-aa's is a good idea. especially when using d-bol to kick start a cycle.

Actually...I'm starting to rethink this. I don't think you need to taper anavar. Just the more harsh 17-aa's.

im doing a 17 week cycle of ox only at 40 mg a day. Taking liver detox at the same time too. Will do clomid at the end for sure.

The longer you are on OX the better results you get.

Half way through the cycle i am going to try to drop down to 30 mg a day, and if I don’t notice a difference i will keep it at that.

I would not do less than 12 weeks if doing it alone.
