I would go as far as saying training and diet are almost more important on PCT as this will dictate how much of your gains you keep..

While your correct in that in pct there's little room for error. I would go as far to say that if you can't apply that type of dedication in every aspect of this lifestyle all the time then maybe you shouldn't be using juice at all. Everyday must be treated as if its your last. When you end the day you should ask yourself have I done everything I possibly could to reach my goal. If you can't find the motivation from within to push yourself to the limit everyday then maybe you should find a new hobby.
