sk* I have a completely different type of training that my bench only goes for speed at 55-60% of my max one bench day and the next is just til I go to failure up by singles I can tell you one thing if this helps I used to illegal wide grip 170 for a set of 6 with a struggle and I got 185 for a set of 6 like nothing. But all my other tri lifts have gone up which is good for my bench b/c it's all about the tris, lats, shoulders, and delts.
the only sepe Well I read about the cardio thing on a PL thread so I know that they don't do cardio b/c it's all about bulk and power. I also know it helps your system so my only cardio is a brief 10 minutes of jump rope or speed bag(boxing).
Day 34. Well today I won't be lifting but I will put on at least 5lbs at the fair although I plan on at the end of the night taking some type of fat burner like stacker or xenadrine to get rid of all that fat and excess weight I don't need. But at least I'll enjoy the food while it came through my taste buds.
