Anavar/Creatine, started yesterday!!!!

sk* I have a completely different type of training that my bench only goes for speed at 55-60% of my max one bench day and the next is just til I go to failure up by singles I can tell you one thing if this helps I used to illegal wide grip 170 for a set of 6 with a struggle and I got 185 for a set of 6 like nothing. But all my other tri lifts have gone up which is good for my bench b/c it's all about the tris, lats, shoulders, and delts.
the only sepe Well I read about the cardio thing on a PL thread so I know that they don't do cardio b/c it's all about bulk and power. I also know it helps your system so my only cardio is a brief 10 minutes of jump rope or speed bag(boxing).

Day 34. Well today I won't be lifting but I will put on at least 5lbs at the fair although I plan on at the end of the night taking some type of fat burner like stacker or xenadrine to get rid of all that fat and excess weight I don't need. But at least I'll enjoy the food while it came through my taste buds. ;)
 
Day 35&36. Today and yesterday has been my rest weekend and yesterday at the fair completely killed my diet one good thing though with all the elephant ears, funnel cakes, burgers, pizza, and ice cream I had I only put on 2lbs on top of that I still look as slim in the waist line as I did before going into the fair. This shit is great. Today I'm going to go back to my old clean diet and for the 13 days I have left keep it clean, but keep training for nothing but strength of course.
 
Day 37. Well todays workout went good my speed went up a little bit. That to me is a good thing. I was doing cali presses with 105lbs for set of 8 before about 5 weeks ago when I did them it was with 75lbs for set of 10. This is a good thing cali presses are a great tri workout to get your bench up. my diet today stayed clean up to dinner then I ate mcdonalds I don't know why, but my body just asks for it for some reason and before this cycle I hadn't ate it in 3 months and I didn't even want too. Weird!!!
 
Day 38. Today's workout was pretty good repped out 80lb db's for db rowing and then went on the lat pulldown machine to do back rows and had 130lbs on for set of 10. My curls went up a little too 95lbs for set of 8 and reverse curling went up to 75lbs for set of 8. My diet was fairly clean today beside dinner where I had fried chicken, but it was before 6 30 p.m. so not bad with the timing.
 
Day 39. Well today was a rest day and holy shit have I been soar as hell all day. I don't know why, but my tri's are hurting so much from mondays workout. I know when I hit new weight that I get soar and I've been feeling soar ever since I started taking the var. Another thing is I have this cold that still won't go away. Well today I got complimented by two people saying that I'm getting bigger and staying slim in the waist so 10 more days of this stuff and damn am I gonna miss it.
 
10 more days and I should finally get mine so I can get started. I will also be adding the winny in towards the end and doing clen during this cycle also. How has the clen been working for you or had you been using it? I have a few questions for you. 1. How well would you rate your overall well being since you started compared to pre cycle (ex. I feel great or i am always tired etc.) 2. What made you start this cycle? 3. Has your intensity increased while on the cycle or is your drive the same as before? 4. Is this your first cycle, I cannot remember if it is or not. I'll think of more questions later. Enjoy tomorrows workout! :D
 
Hey man sup glad to see you'll be getting yours soon is it IP var or another brand??? The clen I'll be starting it after my cycle I don't want to mix both of them so it'll mess with my strength. 1. Well I feel good and working out was great, but I did notice I would catch colds easier and I would not get enough sleep with 8 hours a night I would need over 10 to feel completely rested, with the IP var I felt that weeks 3-5 maybe 12 days out of that was when i got the most in for strength 2.I started this cycle b/c I needed a strength increase, but couldn't put on much weight since I lift in weight classes and I am close to a meet 3.I feel that I have more energy, but days when i feel sick or tired I don't see it and my arms feel shot and at all times I am soar after hitting new weights 4. Yes my first cycle and post cycle i will be doing 100mg/day of clomid week 1 and 50mg/day of clomid week 2,3,4 and along with the clomid the clen 1/6 tab for first 2 weeks Every Other Day then 1/4tab next 2 weeks E O D then 1/3 tab next 2 weeks and by that time I should see the results I want.

Day 40. Well today for some reason I didn't enjoy my workout so much I keep getting compliments that I'm "GETTING BIGGER", but I'm not really worried about that although the ladies like it so it's all good. Today i was doing lockouts and I couldn't lockout more than I bench THIS IS NOT RIGHT I know my tris are strong but I just couldn't do it today and then when I went to do my shoulder press My arms felt shot. Not a good thing
 
Day 41&42. I didn't have time to post yesterday, but I had a pretty good workout. One thing that I'm noticing that strength isn't kicking in at all and I'm starting to feel more tired and hungrier along with that I really didn't see much of an overall loss of fat I know I had some cheat days, but I didn't think it would matter all that much. Well the clen will get rid of whatever is left.
 
Hey bro i would just say fuck my weight, but I have to compete in less than 2 weeks and at the moment I'm over weight for my weight class so I can't just say fuck it and eat whatever.
 
Yeah the var I ordered is going to be **'s. Along with some winny and clen. I am thinking of running the winny a few days prior to my third week of var just to get a little extra boost when the var starts kickin in and my strength shoots through the roof.
 
Hey man a bit of advise to you which I believe worked for me until my partner on this kept saying "This stuff is crap it doesn't do anything". Keep telling yourself I'm taking roids and no matter what I'm gonna get stronger. IF you get that stuck in your head your strength will shoot through the roof.

Day 42. I decided to run my cycle longer I have an extra roughly 100 tabs that I might as well use but instead I'm going to be running these last one 60mg/day and I'm going to eat clean no matter what!!!!!!!! I will still keep taking creatine, but I will not be taking more than 10g/day with the rest of it b/c of the water weight it retains and I don't need to be holding more weight trying to make weight class.

i just finished a cycle of CHINAMAN anavar 80 mg ed.. you know what i got out of him? SHIT!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK THEY ARE THE WORST BRAND ANAVAR ON THE PLANET... SPEN THE EXTRA $ AND BUY TTOKKYO! AT 40 MG ED WITH TTOKKYO I GAINED 10 LBS, AND STRENGTH WAS CRAZY!.. AT 80 MG ED WITH CHINAMAN, I GAINED NOTHING, NOT EVEN A SLIGHT BIT OF STRENGTH!!! PISSED ME OFF EVERYONE TOLD ME IT WAS THE BOMB...WERE THEY WRONG.. THOSE WHO KNOW ME ON THIS BOARD KNOW I'M NOT FULL OF SHIT AND I AM VERY HONEST....I WOULD NEVER BASH ANYTHING LEGIT.. BUT HIS SHIT IS ABSOLUTE CRAP!
 
Well I still have that extra var, so I'ma run it I wanna see how much my bench went up If it only went up about 20lbs then I know his shit was Crap, but I will find out on Friday when I max out. Of course I'll post on here how everything went.
 
Today was my last workout day until friday I'm going to be resting until then. Today I started the OX dosage different to change it up a little to see if I get any more gains since counted yesterday I had exactly 108tabs left I decided to run 60mg/day for the last 18 days. I am taking 2 tabs in the morning and 4 prior to workout. Today I did it like this and I believe my workout went pretty good I felt more speed, but again I'm taking efervescent now and that's suppose to help speed out.

So day 43. I'll be resting tue,wed,thur and max fri I'll let all of you know how much my lifts went up.

Thats not a problem for me. I do that when I am taking creatine. Heck I do it when I am just taking a multi vitiman. LOL I can't wait to see how well you have progressed so far. I have still not recieved everything I orderd but I expect to have everything by the end of the week. I am so siked. :destroy:
 
hey guys, sorry to butt in, but i was looking for some info on anavar and this thread has the most info of the bunch. Cubanito, it sounds like you're pretty happy with it, i have another thread going where i'm asking for a first cycle help and someone posted anavar. i'm 6'3 202lbs and i would like to add 10 -15 pounds but also get my bottom abs to come up, plus increase my strength. i know that sounds typical but i'm gonna be playing pro hockey next year so i need the help. do you think those goals would be possible on anavar and creatine? any help would be appreciated and good luck to you at your meet!!

Day44&45. I'm stil resting I havn't done anything while resting I have put on a good 3lbs not all of it good food b/c I've had two birthdays back to back one my brothers and the other my fathers. But I will be maxing out on friday on all lifts Bench, Clean&Jerk, Squat(full 90), Deadlift.

Honestly I have to say that until I max out I don't know how much shit this really is, but I'm stil keeping a positive mentality. I've been thinking if this didn't do anything, but give me my normal gains then I will start a cycle of the Gernerico Spa Var. B/C I need to bring up my strength.

Viper I hope you do good on your cycle you've stuck around this post for a while bumping it up when I don't. THanx

Pact I feel that if you can get BTG or SPA or even TTokkyyo for a good price honestly go with that var and you will achieve what you want. I don't know why alot of IP stuff doesn't seem to work for people.

Trial0r Don't worry it's coming I can't wait either I want to be fully rested and even if I put on some weight then take it off before my meet wednesday that is fine b/c I know my max will be higher. And I stil have some days left with my var.
 
not a problem man. I now have some of **s clen and I must say you would definately not want to take more than 1/4 a tab a day. I took 1/4 yesterday and within about an hour I could feel the change in the way I felt. My hands were shaking like crazy and man did I get tired and later that night I was eating like crazy. Guess the keto that bruce lee added really makes a difference. What do you expect to be lifting or lift at the meet? What lifts are at the meet? How long have you been a powerlifter?
 
Hey viper well I want to know something on the clen I have 3 friends that are taking it one is 170lbs right now and he was the first one that started lets call him G. Well G started at 1/4 of the tab and is moving on his way up. The other friend is F he started it and he decided to be stupid and jump straight to 1/2 a tab and was shaking the whole day. And today M started his and after an hour I was like "how do you feel" he took 1/4tab and he was like "this punny lil shit does all this, I feel like shit and tired as fuck". So my question on this is since his Superclen i've heard is good for after cycle and bulking will I put on weight if I eat clean and try not to eat much more than I normally do while not on it.

Well this wednesday is our meet and I'm 6lbs over my weight class, we weigh in the same day it's not like any other normal lifting meet where you have two days to weigh in before the meet itself. So i can't fast all day b/c then I'll be weaker. At this meet it's going to be a pause bench and clean&jerk. My pause I'm not sure what I'll be going for quite yet, but I'm thinking 235lbs and for clean&jerk 205lbs.

I've lifted for 3 years total, but strict powerlifting I would say a good 6 months I did it before in those past 3 years just never stuck with anything i've been lifting for those 3 years on and off mostly did boxing so I couldn't do both lift and boxing it's like an oximoron. so I took boxing more serious now I'm taking powerlifting more serious I plateaued though coming back to lifting instead of getting beginner gains and new I had a meet coming up that's one reason I hit the bottle.

Day 46. Stil resting and now for sure throughout this weekend I better eat clean and lower my cals about 2-300 so I can cut weight. I'll keep the water high like always about 3 gals a day, but on wednesday the day of the meet only when I need water until weigh in, then all hell breaks lose when i start eating and drinking soda for energy. Of course pop the var in with creatine somewhere too.
 
I wouldn't think that it would be such a problem if you just eat clean and don't eat too much. Just like you said. I just had a problem yesterday controling my hunger. I was eating everything in sight. Plus the fact that I hadn't given myself a cheat day in like 2 weeks. I was so ready to pig out during the Super Bowl but just didn't feel good. Well the time is finally here I maxed out today in the morning I maxed on Squat and Dealift.

Squat(full 90) went up 60lbs.
Deadlift(good form) went up 65lbs.
Bench went up 25lbs
Cleans went up 00000lbs I'm pissed about this one.

I don't think this var did anything really b/c what happened to my 60lbs on bench, it disappeared.
 
Yup that's what I'll be switching too also I'll be getting my winny from him if i decide to put both together maybe even keep the creatine in there.
 
Well good on the other lifts but as for your bench and clean that sucks man. Heres my current lifts I have been lazy and hadn't worked out since I moved to a new city/state and took a while before I found a gym and got back to working out on a regular basis. I have always been small as in my weight but my lifts were usually pretty. All throughout high school I my weight to lift ratio was one of the highest in the school. By the time I hit my jr. and sr. years I has the highest ratio.

now I am 5'9" 155lbs.
Bench: 215 shitty for me
Squat: 360 could be a lot better
Dead: 300-320 haven't done it in a while dont really know
Leg press: 585
I don't do clean and jerk but might possibly get back into cleans. I used to be really good at doing push jerk. I will possibly keep this thread going so I can post my results. Although I will be doing 40mg Anavar for 37 days and 50mg winny a day all the way through. Plus probably the clen also. Haven't decided yet. I hope to gain 10-20 solid lbs. and Bench 275-280 squat 425 dead 400+ and leg press ???700 sounds good. Later
 
Viper good luck on those #'s just make sure to keep a positive mentality at all times.

I won't be doing my var 60mg/day anymore I quit this morning the IP var and am going to try and sell it.
