I usually have Weetabix or oat in the morning, during college what ever I can get my hands on but I always have Casine Creatine during college. For dinner I usually have rice with veg source or pasta and pasta source.
I eat 3 times a day very heavy.
Theres your problem right there, You should be consuming a small meal every 2-3 hrs this will keep your metabolism revved up,heavy meals make you tired and drowzy, each meal should have some protein, learning to eat is half the battle.
