Anavar and Sprinting Education

5ft 5
66-67kg
Age: 22

I have been doing a lot of reading on Anavar and now I am thinking I should go on it. I am hoping it would improve my sprinting speed and strength.

I was thinking of cycling Anavar alone on 30mg a day (+ milk thisle), would this be ok? I also hear you get burn out or really tired with Anavar is this true? I train 6 days a week sometimes twice a day + college so plenty of tireness already.

140kg Squat (on a smith machine) I am joining a better gym with squat rack

80kg Power Clean (bad form I was told)
75kg Clean & Jerk (bad form I was told)

What is Tbols half life? I just thought Anavar suited my needs with it being oral and it takes 3 weeks to be out of the blood.

In addition it has less side effects compared to other steroids.

I will try get my hands on both and see which works for me best during the off season.

TBol has half life of 16 hours and Anavar 9 hours.

What else can I cycle with this for recovery and energy.

I train 6 days a weeks Twice a day on Monday and Thursday. By the end of that week I find myself run down, I am in full time college awell so that doesn't help.
I hear anavar makes you really tired, is this true?

Sounds like you need to eat abit more,are you drinking any protein shakes, it also sounds like even tho college is demanding you may be pushing yourself towards fatique.
 
I usually have Weetabix or oat in the morning, during college what ever I can get my hands on but I always have Casine Creatine during college. For dinner I usually have rice with veg source or pasta and pasta source.

I eat 3 times a day very heavy.
 
As to your question on tiredness...

Due to personal experience I would have to say at the start of an anavar cycle endurance is great while training but unfortunatly i find it harder to sleep with anavar only cycles so in the end it all catches up. So if you do go for it I would recommend a sleeping aid.

A mate recommended this cycle: Anavar + Dermacrine liqua vada for 4 weeks and use sustain alpha l.v. as pct for 3 weeks after the 4 weeks. What do you think of this? The var will be on low dose 20 - 30mg because I am light weight. How many cycles should you do in a year?
