Hi People,

I am statring an anavar cycle in march. i was just asking what i can take with var to prevent shutdown. i read about something called HcGenterate and n2 Guard thats stuff expensive is there any alternative to them of not wich one will you say.

just want to cut and get more lean in size

how long am i suppose to run pct for i was thinking nolva and clomid some people say you dont need pct with var but im not sure.

i cant do too much mg because the caps i brought are only 10mg.

Yes, they cost a little bit, but they are worth every penny.

So are you going to tell me, you have money to spend on anavar, but don't have it to protect yourself? HCGenerate is just about the best OTC supplement you can take to limit shutdown and prevent libido problems. Actually, IT IS the best things you can take. It was formulated to do just this.

Also, anavar is known not to be as toxic as other orals. But that doesn't mean it isn't toxic! You must protect yourself, and use of steroids have a lot more effect on your body than just your liver. N2Guard covers everything, from libids, to blood pressure, from your liver to water retention. The shit is no joke. By far the best support supplement on the market. If you want to go with something that is cheaper, that is on you. But protecting yourself should be #1.

As far as your cycle. Unless you are getting your var straight from the pharmacy.. you are going to want more than 20mg a day. Start with 50mg per day, then bump from there. I would run it at least 6 weeks minimum, 8 weeks max.

And yes, you need PCT. Var is milder than other steroids, but it will shut you down hard. You are going to make all kinds of gains on cycle, but you will watch the dwindle away if you choose not to do PCT. And how long should you run PCT? As long as it takes for you to be recovered. It sounds like you want to take the minimum during PCT, which is the worst thing you can. I mean.. do you want to keep your gains, and stay strong? Or do you want to lose everything and feel like a little bitch the entire time? Clomid and Nolva are a good base for PCT.. but they will leave you feeling like shit. They are dick killers, and can make you feel unmotivated. Run HCGenerate on cycle, and in PCT to combat this. There is no better option. Protein Factory Unleashed is another good choice to add. It will elevate your free test and help with your overall recovery. You should also run an AI in PCT. Estrogen can rebound then, and you want to make sure to keep it under control. Yes, more anavar would be a good choice. I think you would be really disappointed if you ran it how you first proposed.

That would not be bad.. but I think everything would be a lot better if you used HCGenerate both on Cycle and PCT. I understand that the overall cost of everything can add up quickly.. but these supplement are worth every penny. They are designed to be used by people that run cycles, and try to get the max results from everything.

If you choose to go the route you take. Run the HCGenerate on Cycle. Then for PCT, run Unleashed.. and pick up some DAA, and run 3g's per day. Need to Build Muscle also carries DAA. It is a cheap, and very effective test booster. I think it costs like $25 or something around there.

Well.. HCGenerate ES stands for erectile support. It is a stronger version of HCGenerate, with added indigents to help with libido. You could use either or in my opinion. Either one would work awesome, and obviously the ES version would be better.

You should take the recommended serving. I believe it is 5 caps a day.

Regarding the Rhino Lab Anastrozole, I am not completely sure what it is. Anastrozole is arimidex, which is an AI, not a serm.. so it would not be a replacement for it. Message me a link to what you are talking about so I can take a look.

i cant find a link but it is arimidex but in a bottle and you spray it on ur mouth. it lowers estrogen hormone levels. i fort nolvadex is the same

No, arimidex stops the conversion of test to estrogen. Nolva blocks estrogen from binding to certain receptors. So an AI lowers the amount of estrogen in your body, and Nolva just blocks it from causing any problems.

As far as PCT. In simple terms.. Nolva blocks estrogen from the hypothalamus, which causes your body then to start producing more natural test.

Clomid and Nolva are estrogens. They just have a bad impact on your libido. Honestly, they can make you feel like shit. Over emotional, no motivation, no libido, ect. But I believe they are the best things you can use to recover. Nothing will compare to raising your natural test levels like they do, without suppressing you. They manipulate your bodies hormones, so you need to come off of them to fully recovery. But they will bridge the gap from being shutdown, to being recovered.

You hear a lot of "horror" stories about Clomid and Nolva only PCT. Some people are fine, but the majority do not like it. That is why it is important to add in things like HCGenerate, Unleashed, DAA, ect.. They will help combat the sides you may get from Clomid and Nolva, and will help with your overall recovery.
