Which is better? Whats the difference in their effects? Etc. Also experiences with both.
stats/history and goals please?
Anadrol - Mass water retention, Rise your Bp but good strength gains. Dosages between 50-200mg Max.
Winstrol - Fatloss properties, More vascularity, Hardness, Can't really lift heavy because of the dried joints it gives you. Dosages 30mg - 50mg
Anadrol is a waste! It's only water weight gains and you lose 100% of what you gained 2 weeks after stopping your cycle!
Which is better? Whats the difference in their effects? Etc. Also experiences with both.
Its like comparing apples to oranges literally they are so different.
ANADROL the gains are more massive,,lots of size and strength and some water retention
WINSTROL is more of a lean mass gainer,,slower,, steady gains increases strength with little to no
water retention.
Well let's say you do plan on running Cyp,Tren,winny good example outline would be:
10-12 weeks cyp 400-600mg
6-8 weeks of Tren ace 100mg 3x a week
Last 6 Weeks Winstrol 40mg ED
I've done 5 or 6 cycles in my 25 years. By the way what is Anadrol and Winstrol? Sounds like instead of planning out a good cycle you just do what you can get. Do some research first before you ask questions like that. 6'1" 230 huh. What's your bf%?

Well man you are only 25 years old and have done 6 cycles. You don't have to do 2 or 3 cycles a year if you get your diet right and bust your ass in the gym. I'm 33 and have only done 4 cycles. I'm currently on Cyp and Boldenone at small doses and I've already put on 12lbs and dropped to 8%bf down from 12%. Try 500mg of Test Cyp weekly with 400mg of Boldenone weekly for 12 to 14 wks and if you want you can throw some Winny the last 4 wks at 30 to 40mg weekly.

It will make you eat like a horse! That's the main reason I got it but it definitely makes you hard and lean. Good quality muscle with no bloat. Stay away from the Deca. I personally hate that shit but everyone is different. I like the gains with Deca when mixed with higher mg of Test but its a pain to recover from. And no Tren. Not until you get to a low bf%.

Just keep it simple with good diet, hard work, and moderate doses of aas. Later when you hit a plateau and the strength gains and size isn't coming then bump it up to a more advanced cycle. If you aren't trying to compete then you don't need as much as you think. Good luck to you and keep us posted on what you decide and your results.
