Hey all, I am new to this type of stuff, as all through high school and half through college, I am still only 130 pounds. I tried my best to gain weight and it just doesn't work, plus I want to get bigger. I realize I have to work out everyday, and eat healthier and I am all ready. I started going to the gym already, before taking the Anadrol. Monday is when I will start. A friend of mine suggested i do either D-bol or Anadrol for my first cycle, and since Anadrol was easily attainable I got that. Any suggestions for me on taking this stuff? I have to take it one hour before I work out everyday? What about the days that I don't work out? Should I take it the same time everyday? Excuse me for being a newbie, but here is where he to told me to go. Thanks for your time
