1 per day is fine...The half life is 6-8 hours long and you wont see much if any difference splitting them anyways.

why is this said about drol but any other oral is suppose to be taken at least 2x daily?

Drol has a longer half life than most orals...either way even with d-bol most dont notice much, if any difference at all in results.
