Awesome, ive skimmed thru the last edition at the supplement store i go to and it looked packed full of info. Good way to get the latest and greatest info out there.

Received my copy today.

Not to be a bitch, but i'm slightly disappointed that it's soft-cover. And the binding is pretty poor - mine is already splitting.

yea it fine ...btw i have a few gear books(made similiar) and when they this big and heavy the pages always fall out eventually in my experience with soft cover (unfortuately)

for all those with less than 100 cycles under their belt--this book is a must have.....both of my older eds are worn and i need to pry some change from the wife asap

The new edition has a section on blood tests and how to interpret them. IMO, this information is invaluable and a terrific addition.
