My wife has tried a bodyopus diet by dan duchain (similar to Anabolic Diet). and it worked ok for her but she does better on zone type diet (1/3 protein, 1/3 carbs, 1/3 fat). Unfortunately i find that for any kind of a ketogenic diet (very low carbs and lot of fat) to work people need to be already fairly lean, man 10-12% and woman 15%-17% or lower. I have also heard that a lot of people get fat in their overeating (high carbs) part of the Anabolic diet.
