Use Juice, you only need it once per day

Grape juice is best. But I use half a cup of milk


MCC is flavorless, albeit still a powder.

Not to sure what your talking about with the MCC. I mix it with water and I cant taste a thing.

i was wondering if its safe for a 17 year old to take it? cuz im 17 and turning 18th this august...

will it affect me in any bad way? ive been taking no-xplode, creatine mono, cee, etc...but just wondering if this stack is safe...
