Hey guys I have been around awhile and have learned quite a bit but this is my first post so I might as well give some stats.

I just recently started lifting pretty hard again. Baseball has always kept me kind of skinny. I am done playing now so I have been hitting the weights pretty damn hard lately. I am starting to get some pretty good size and structure. I started the 5x5 program a few weeks back. I lifted chest today and my last set of 5 was 265 which isnt to bad. I just started deadlifting again also and I am just maxing at 345 and my weakest is the squat at only 300. For some reason no matter what I do its the slowest one to increase. I do enjoy skullcrushers for some reason though hence the name. I can get 145 about 5 or 6 times suprsingly. Anways about Amplify 02, I love the stuff it def. works great, but I have been taking 3 scoops and sometimes a little more. I am actually fine with the taste now it doesnt bother me anymore. I dont know if I have a tolerance with this stuff or what but I can handle a little over 3 scoops pretty weel. Stomach does hurt a little later sometimes though. Just wanted to know if this is too much?
