Durring my 40 minutes of stair climbing I can smell amonia. Reading different threads I learned that I'm burning protein.
I am not on a low carb diet and am "tying" very hard to eat 5 small meals throughout the day.
Here is my question:
Why aren't/wouldn't I burn fat?
How do I change this?
I am going to try and drink a "Carbo-force" prior to my workout tomorrow night. Any comments on this?
