I've been chatting to other bros about this and conclude that it's due to insufficient carbs pre-workout.
I'm going to up my carbs and see if it makes a difference?

I have noticed occasionally I can smell a bit unpleasant at the moment. About the only thing I am doing differently is eating vastly more protein than usual.
I wouldn't get too worried about liver or kidney toxicity. Common sense would tend to suggest there'd be more dramatic signs of organ malfunction than simple body odour.
I have a sauna every day after I work out. It sweats all the crap out of your body which should help fight body odour. It helps with muscle recovery too. Opening up your pores also prevents acne.
I was reading in the book of natural remedies that the ammonia is caused by an abundance of Protein waste in the system (as weve established). It also said that the Amino Acid L-Ornithine was very effective at detoxifying the liver and removing Ammonia from your system. It also said that the Ornithine's effectiveness was enhanced when it was combined with L-Arginine or L-Carnitine. It also said that Ornithine should not be used by those with Neurological problems or are prone to panic attacks. So if the smell continues maybe this will help.
