Ammonia Like Smell In The Shower.

Anyone else getting this?:

I have been getting an "ammonia smell" coming off me in the shower straight after a workout.
I read in some else's post that it's a sign of Protein being burned for energy?
Could it be hypoglycemia?

I've been getting the same thing since I started my cycle; I have no clue what it is.

You may be dehydrated. I've noticed after football practice and other very rigorous workouts, that I smell like ammonia. The more water I drink, the less I smell of it.

Chill dude, I asked if it was PC. I have no idea because as you can tell I don't use the word regularly. By the way I am Jewish and black. No wonder nobody likes me.

And my girlfriend is Spanish.

I noticed the same thing too, but i didnt pay any attention to it. I assume this is not something that one wants to happen, so whats the way to remedy this? More water?, less protein?, more deodorant? lol

I also get this when showering at home.

I only eat around 150g of Protein a day.

So I take it its a dehydration thing?

I just hope its not my body breaking down its own muscle?!?

damn, it's good to see i'm not the only one with this problem. i also get the occasional ammonia funk, usually in the shower after a workout is when i notice it.
