Aminos before AM cardio?

I would try it, they would prob keep you from getting as catabolic considering you wont have anything to feed off of(empty stomach).
 
L-Glutamine is an AA

BCAAs (l-Leucine, l-Isoleucine, l-Valine ) should also help
 
personally I wouldn't do AM cardio on an empty stomach, it's too catabolic and u end up losing lots of muscle if you're doing this naturally of course. L-glutamine helps, whey shake helps, BCAA's help too... I prefer to eat something and run in a couple hours though. Fat burning will occur when u finish running for some time from the elevated metabolism. Not while you're running around for a full 20-30 minutes.

Agreed. I decided to run at night instead, post workout. Last time i ran in the am, granted I lost a ton of weight, but I didn't feel like I looked any better, just smaller.

Still gonna do aminos (peptic) pre workout and then L-glut before bed. Hopefully that will keep the catabolism to a minumum.
 
I agree as well, FUCK A.M. cardio! way to catabolic, i feel like i lost muscle even while i was on t200 deca and fina. post workout cardio or late night are the best if you want to preserve all that muscle you worked so hard to get.
