Amino Acid Combo

Is taking
40 g's glutamine
20 g's Lysine
20 g's Argamine
20 G's Orathine
30 g's BCAA's

These are taken
Primarily in the morning, pre/post workout, and before bed?

My goal is to increase HGH, Test levels, and help muscle growth/protien synthesis

Any opinions?

I like the 40G glutamine........the 30G Bcaas (expensive, no?).....The arginine is a bit overdone, but close to optimal. the ornithine and lysine, not sure if they are necessary.....but i have seen them incorporated into AA schemes. I'd split the Glute 15 pre/15post/10 before bed. the BCAA's half before w/o, half after w/o. Arginine i would say all before w/o but your taking a lot there. lysine/ornitine i am not sure on those.
