Have we determined yet why Americans are fat, because then I will know what not to do so I can be skinny.

Unless, of course, that means eating less, giving up ice cream and little debbies, and exercising.

Don't forget to stop driving SUVs and keeping our homes at 72 degrees. We are terrible bad americans... fat too.
