What are they? When do you eat them.. Can you please give me some info on them.. I'm really interested in buying some to try it out, but I don't know what's in it either.. Because from what I heard, any type of 'bar' ain't ever going to be healthy!
These are great for anytime of the day if you want a snack or need those extra calories. Take them with you to the gym to eat before and after instead of drinking a protein shake, less mess easy to pack!
