Amateur Boxer Cycle Question's?

My friend is a Amatuer Boxer
Stats:
5'11
187
29yo
Currently Runnig
250m every 5 days
1 iu hgh ed
I'm also running 1mg of Arimidex as my AI
My question is I fight at 178lb and since my cycle started
7 weeks ago I have been steadily gaining weight and now at 187lb and my next fight is in two weeks any suggestions on what I can do two help to cut weight
and get down to 178lb. I'm Currently taking in 2000-3000

i would say to try and drop water weight but im sure the AI is already taking care of that. idk how ufc dudes and shit cut weight. i hear they drop like 20+ pounds for weigh ins
 
You can drop that much weight in no time. In the Marines we would run on a treadmill with trash bags on (no shit!) and hit the steam room after every workout days and even hours before weigh in to make weight. Then there is the last resort. I dread even telling you. Yes, the enema. :-( I'm just not sure how bad you want to make weight. Haha

Haha..The Enema.. Yea,My buddy thought a cycle of test e at 500mg's a week and some HGH at 1iu a day wouldn't cause any weight gain he couldn't handle.
But I guess he thought wrong.
His training consist of a hour and a half in the morning of pure boxing training with his coach and a hour at night
Of running and his full body workout he kinda puts together as he goes which I hate.
I'm into bodybuilding so watching him wonder around and just jump on what ever he thinks he need's to do kills me
I've tried explaining to him to at least have routines five days a week to target specific muscle's not to bulk up but to at least strengthen his particular muscles used in his sport.
His answer is he's not supposed to lift weights which I can understand not trying to bulk up and get huge but I feel he could at least put together some routines involving weights for the purpose of strength training and endurance his boxing skills are legit but his free workouts are all over the place he refuse's to train with me because he says everyone will know he's on Juice Lol and he's
not trying to get big. So I've been telling him to just go natural and leave the juice alone.

and just started typing like a douche.
His cycle was put together bye the dude he scored his shit from.I've never ran HGH myself and my current cycle is a very simple 600mg's of DK T400 with adex at .50 eod
So I don't know much about HGH and Can't give him any knowledgable advice What would you say might be a decent cycle for a Amateur Boxer with No testing worries?
 
there is no need to be taking the hgh, especially at 1 iu a day... that needs to be stopped...

you have to understand that your going to put on weight on a test cycle... if your trying to lose weight then running a test cycle is not a good idea... im not really certain what your goals are here but the research that has been done by you or your friend or whoever is just basically half assed... what exactly are you trying to accomplish here?

well no shit man, but if has to make a certain weight class and he's gaining weight, then that's obviously not going to work now is it??? so i need to know exactly what he's trying to accomplish to set up something proper...
 
he needs to tighten up his diet if he don't like the weight gain... and up the cardio... now if its simple water weight he need to up his AI he could be more estrogen prone even tho his bodyfat is that of a boxer
 
1 get him on this forum not you if he isnt willing to do the right research he is never going to truly learn

2 id drop the test to 200mg a week

3 no more salt and very reduced sodium

4 hopefully he has cut weight before and knows what he is doing or has a coach that knows what he is doing.

5.. get him on here.. we have questions that he needs to hear and answer.. ever play the telephone game?

what weight does he normally cut from, how long does it normally take him, does he water load, does he carb deplete, does he go on low carb, when is the weigh in, when is the fight,

etc etc

Drop the hgh, I was wondering the same thing as dylan, I just didnt ask. Its not doing anything at 1IU unless its ridiculously concentrated......which it shouldnt be.

In fact, if he really wants to make weight, he should drop it all. Yes, UFC fighters cut 20+ lbs to make weight some times. I grapple and I cut 10 lbs at least usually. The key is that they stop juicing long before their weigh ins.

I just don't see your buddy losing weight while hes on that shit.
 
the only thing i can possibly think of that makes sense to be taking around fight time is halo for the aggression and strength but i agree with the above post... cycles should be stopped well before the weigh in...
