Hello trainers, trainees, thinners and fatties :)

I am after some help that would be much appreciated if you gimme some good advice.

Thank you

Ooops, I forgot to post my question

I am around 250 right now and very lean @ 6 5 so not massive if you add the height in to the equation.

Anyway I have upped my cardio and downed my calories by while I have lost some bf and my strength is down, my abs (tummy fat and shoulder fat is not going down anymore) currently around 10% and it's not budging...

HELP - I need that last lb of fat to leave my tummy !

Can see abs but I need more more definition MORE

I have taken 10 days off though and put on 5 lbs. I took like a week off for thanksgiving break from campus and flying to the midwest to spend time with a best friend/ex... and her family. I ate like 4000 calories a day, smoked 2 packs of cloves. So yeah I"m back to a sparkling 175 from 170. But yeah starting back up today, cardio is gonna kill me gonna wreak of smoke and probably get nauseous.
How much cardio U doing? How long a day, what kinda cardio, how many days a week?
Also what week cycle wise are u in. Doesn't metabolism slow down substantially post cycle?

Dude just get omega to hook U up with a lipoflame/lipostim combo. That would help.

U may wanna review your diet with Tat.

how often do you workout abs? whats your diet like, eat every 2-3 hours? what are you taking as far as supp? gear?

Abs = twice a week but they definitely solid - the fat can hardly pinch but there is still some there.

Currently 80mgs ish tren daily and an amp of sust eod - almost ended the tren. Also on 100mcgs daily t4 now, 1/2 tab letro e3rd day. Run 10km twice a week. Eat every 2.5 hrs. 350-400g a day of protein.

Supplements just that thermogenic supp from the company that sponsors UFC (the red plastic one) 250mgs a day of caffeine pre workout...

You need to get into more detail with your diet and training... How much cardio what's your daily intake.. c/p/f. What is your water intake?

I barely ever worked abs, but still had a nice little 6 going on when I got my diet on track. There is no magic solution, it took me months over months to figure out what my body needed and didn't need.

So... give us some more info tuts...

LIke, I hate working abs.

I just hate it... U are not supposed to do them pre workout cause they weaken your core lifts, but after... cardio/weights/
I'm like kthanxabsareforqueers.

Ya know? Also I mean queers in nongeighsense.

Thanks brah!

Banted myself - just feel it's a nicer crowd over there. Got no issues with that board but rather be here.

Currently coming to the end of my cycle but thinkin of extendin it. Unfortunately out here it's next to impossible to import those kind of things but off to that side of the world soon and will pick some up there.

Definitely need to hook up with TAT!!!

Carbs/Protein/Fat =

100-150g/ 350/400g /20-30g

In terms of water, I drink a shed load, around 6+ litres a day, quite a bit more when doing cardio...

It's hard and confusing cause I am on tren and diet is quite well and not really doing what I thought it would and what it has done for many.. I know we are all different but was possibly thinkin I got much more estro related fat than others

DON'T KNOW but it's upsetting

I did some core work when I did powerlifting, but after that.. when I got into figure i maybe did abs once a month if that. I only did cardio twords the end. My diet and lifing got me where I was. I actually love to work abs, just never really did.

I hated cardio too... LOL

U know U gotta do like an hour of cards a day...
I think with Tat on your diet, 5/6 hours of cardio a week U should be down to like 7 in no time. I dunno how long -no time- really is but I"m guesing under 6 weeks, maybe even 4. My diet is a little better than crap. I have no desire to get under like 8%, actually I have the desire, just not the will, and with holidays I'm thinking ending year 10 just fine.

These were taken some time back, a few more days I will have some up to date photos. Am leaner and more defined now but not getting this last bit of bf off is killin me bad :(

Sir, Plateau's happen.... a time when you hit them then its time to switch up.... I am not recommending anything as I am not plat and shouldn't be taken seriously. But you know what I would suggest, I just can't get in there anymore. I suggest hitting that forum, or getting with Omega. Actually, do a search on Omega. Do a search on his ab workout's..... I bet you find something.

Damn I am glad you didn't go lower on the pics, Pick3 would be all up in here.
Seriously Walli Plat?

Hey gonna finish that bad boy like tonight.
However, just incase I get swamped with grad work, expect that thing thursday.
Wednesday is hell. My B Day too.

Yeah :( unfortunately cardio for an hour twice a week is enough for me... Perhaps I am like you!

Diet?

really, you prolly just need to tweak it a bit...

Have you tried a CKD diet, or something along the lines of BodyOpus?

You should try upping your "good" fats, and dropping those carbs WAY down.

I kinda agree... I also think a rotation would work. He still is yet to tell us what his diet consist of though.

well he broke down the totals for the day (Carbs/Pro/Fat)
but, yes, you still need to break down when he's eating, what "type" of carbs/fats, but either way he's gonna' have to thinks about switching to a different approach, and I've seen GREAT results with low carb, moderate fat, high protein (with people who are already low BF%)

So sorry I missed this...

What types of carbs are you taking in? Are you doing a rotation? What fats are you taking in?

Are you taking any vitamins?

Everyone is different, believe me... it took me a few different diets before I found 'that one' and I still need to tweak it.

You may also be retaining fluid, I found that once I upped my water to 3 gals a day my body let go of alot of fluid, and then when it came time for comp I really did see a big difference when I cut back. I don't really hold fat i hold water.

Yeah :( unfortunately cardio for an hour twice a week is enough for me... Perhaps I am like you!
you wont do cardio but you want to lose weight...hahahhaha

Sorry, I thought if you consume less calories than your body burns, then you lose body weight...

You will need to teach me the new way of doing it master LOL

1hr twice a week combined with my weight training sessions and walk at lunch was sufficient.

I am on tren and just doing that is hard enough, coupled with my test, the pump in my calves is unbelievably painful.

I think I will need to give that a try... Did it once but honestly couldn't get past the first few days. Was completely lethargic and had the shakes once or twice.

I think I will go down this over the next week and if all is well continue it for a while and see what happens.

I gotta look at your dosage again.
How much size U put on again during duration?
Definitely gotta up the cardio once U go PCT.
2 hours a week is well, for as lean as U wanna go, not even close brah.
U got a great metab. and I agree with Frisky U don't have much to do it seems like.
HP is right on the money, I have yet to ever hear bout anyone complain about results with body opus. I would do it, just not that dedicated.

Vitamins = basically a multi vit / mineral twice a day along with what comes in food and my protein drinks.

Carbs = I am staying as far away from sugars as possible and getting the more complex carbs (other than when I use non fat milk with my shakes). Can't drink them with water so use non fat milk.

When you say are you doing a rotation, what exactly do you mean please?

Yeah, you may feel that way for a couple of days while your body begins to burn ketones (fat) instead of carbs for fuel...

Other than the 1 hr twice a week in the gym with HIIT I do a brief 30minute walk every day at lunch.

Problem is I am currently on tren and it leaves me sweating like a bitch and sometimes an issue or two breathing and because of the test I am on, I am getting some sick pumps in my calves which leaves me in serious pain...

I reckon I need to go down that CKD route and am going to give it a try.

A bit confused about the how much weight you put on during duration  :)

doing drugs wihtout cardio isnt a way to lose weight...do cardio 5-6 days a week med intensity for 60-90 min on tren and you will be shredded...cant just workout and do cardio 2 times a week and expect to keep lsoing weight..you dont havr to be full intensity...doing cardio increases your metabolism..do cardio in am then your burning more calories throughout the day equals more fat loss...

Bro - during PCT, you definitely want to stick to basic, heavy lifting routines, and NOT do a ton of cardio.

I know, I made that mistake after my last cycle and while I got pretty cut up, I felt like I had converted to an Ethioipion predisposition.

I don't think am gonna do PCT for a while, I think I am going to continue with the test and add primo or winny in there once the tren is out to help retain while I continue dropping the bf.

I will not make the mistake of ever trying to reduce bf again without at least something in there.

Stupid question...I"m multi tasking...
Yeah U mentioned that U got leaner...
My bad. I need to slow down and do one thing at a time.
ooops.
Yeah, that is intense cardio. I only had some major sleep problems with tren eth. not tren ace. Sweat problems were noticeable, but manageable.
U will be there soon, U got the foundation, just a little tweekage, and more cardio PCT. Sounds like this is bout as intense as its been for u.

And, as always - if you get night sweats, they should subside with a CKD/Ketogenic diet (as most night sweat problems are caused from excessive carbs late in the day.

Good luck, and PM me if you need anything....

While I have gotten leaner, and my weight has upped and downed, I am currently a little bit heavier than when I first started and also leaner so did gain some muscle while reducing my bf percentage.

Remember the thing for me is I am in a country that goes to about 25-30 degrees ceclcius during winter and is very humid so you sweat anyway.

Soon getting rid of the tren and will continue with something else and the test so hopefully will be able to continue cardio and not get sweats or out of breath issues.

The sweat problems really, I think comes from the fact that I live in a country that is very hot year round and added to the test and tren, and then walking during lunch, it's quite natural. I don't really get sweats unless I am up and about and moving but I will get out of breath from just walking up 3 flights of stairs.

Thank you Sir.

I would do a low carb for 3 days and do a carb up on the 4th day. I don't know if you are doing this for a comp or not... I was doing a prep for a figure comp. Now, it took me some time before I found out exactly what my body agreed with. For instance, I couldn't have dairy at all... I was trying cottage cheese but It made me bloat. I had a hard time getting in the protein I needed with limiting my fat intake to good fats.

If you have time, I would play around with different foods but keep a journal of exactly what your body is going thru. I'd give you my diet but of course that may not be what will work for you.

I would start by lowering your carbs, and getting in more 'good' fats. There are plenty of studies on that... I'll see if I can find a few articles.

Do a search on CKD, there are quite a few peeps here that are awesome with this kind of thing. I am just a noob... I just picked up a little here and there and I tell ya, I got lucky to figure out my body the way I did and in that time frame that I did. Its doable, sometimes it just takes alot of time, patience and reading.
