the best protein bar around is whatchamacallit.......i can eat about 4 of them in one sitting........thats about 13g of protein.........if i keep my diet like that........i think i can reach my goal of 88!!!
yeah i figure if i eat about 8 of those a day......thats 26g of protein a day.......that will pack on the mass in a hurry!!! my moms says if i eat all my dinner she will let me eat 9!!!!! thats one for good luck!! i am gonna be a monster!!! watch out ladies here i come!!!
