I am with you man - it's been my number 1 challenge in the last year or so. Honestly, there is not much you can do other than organize yourself as much as humanly possible and really make an effort to integrate training into your life.
Don't get me wrong, I do work out, I just know that if I had more free time I could be in way better shape.

You have time, you're just not dedicated enough. Unless you're a banker working 90+ hours a week, you have the time. I work around 60 and have no problem getting to the gym and following a diet.
I work 72 hours a week, once in a while I do 84 hours a week. I'd be in heaven if I only worked 60. Plus, where do you work, indoors or outdoors. If I worked indoors like I once did, I would have no problem with the diet.

It's all in the planning. If you prepare meals in advance, you can stick to wahtever diet plan you have set up. If you look at the week ahead and plan your training times/cardio, you'll be able to get to to gym enough. It's '05 bro and EVERYBODY's busy. How bad do you want to do it?
I have 2 hours each day to prepare meals, eat my first meal of the day, shower, get my stuff ready for work and work out. That doesn't include if I have to shit. Plus, I work outside with no access to warm up food.

As bad as I want it, I would have to quit my job to have the time, can't do that.

It's a question of priorities

Acknoledge yours and plan your Life according to them
