doesn't have time to do shit. Impossible to stay 100% on diet, keep up the cardio, so on and so forth. Damn, I suck.

I am with you man - it's been my number 1 challenge in the last year or so. Honestly, there is not much you can do other than organize yourself as much as humanly possible and really make an effort to integrate training into your life.

Lately, I've not been in the gym as much as I'd like due to schedule restraints. Diet is absolutely fine - but I'm only getting in the gym about 2 days a week now. Kinda sucks, but in life, you have to prioritize. Once I get some stuff in order, I'll be back to my full training regimine - but for now, I have to prioritize.

It's all in the planning. If you prepare meals in advance, you can stick to wahtever diet plan you have set up. If you look at the week ahead and plan your training times/cardio, you'll be able to get to to gym enough. It's '05 bro and EVERYBODY's busy. How bad do you want to do it?

When I got out of college and got the typical American office job - this was a big problem for me.

After a few years of putting work first, I found that I was just not happy with how my life was going. I told my boss that either I was taking extra long lunches to lift in the middle of the day or I was walking out of the office that day.

Best move I ever made.

if i'm short on time, i work out early in the morning, but of course that requires going to sleep earlier the night before- missing a tv show i like to watch or doing things i'd like to get done. you make time, but yeah, sometimes its really difficult.

That's the spirit! Damn, kid! I like your attitude . . . :p

Really, though, I think we can all empathize at times, and that being true, you don't suck as much as you thought. :)

I worked in a Dilbert world once. I'd get up at 5 AM, train, get cleaned up and be in the cubical by 7:30.

Then I'd watch the zombies come in ... growing grayer and more dumpy each day ...

Training and a good diet saved me.
